Kletskoppen | Lace Cookies is a Dutch food recipe made with nuts and cinnamon.
- 750 g butter
- 2750 g sugar
- 50 g ground cinnamon
- 25 g salt
- 500 ml water
- 1250 g flour
- 750 g chopped nuts
- Melt the butter and mix with sugar, ground cinnamon, salt and water.
- Stir in the floor and carefully add the chopped nuts. Put the dough in the fridge and let it rest for a few hours.
- Form little balls of the dough with a spoon and put them on parchment paper.
- Press the cookies flat and bake for about 8 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
