Frikandellen | Minced Meat Sausage is a Dutch food recipe with spices and onions.
- 1 kg Meat, ground
- Chicken bullion
- 2 Large onions, sliced fine
- 3 Eggs
- 4 slices White bread without crusts
- Beat the eggs with some water.
- Shake breadcrumbs on a flat plate.
- Mix the meat with herbs and bread then onions. Form the meat into long rods then dip in the egg mixture and then bread crumbs.
- Fry in a pan with oil.
